- We will have indoor workouts

weather. T-shirt and non-baggy shorts for the summer.

Typical Regatta Weekend
- For races less
than two hours away (Oak Ridge, Chattanooga), we usually travel
the morning of the competition. For races farther away, we will
go the night before.
- In the fall you
will race 5,000 meters and race only once per event. In the
spring you will race 2,000 meters and usually have one heat in
the morning and a final in the afternoon.
- Regattas
usually end around 4 p.m. and we usually travel back that night.
- There is a lot
of dead time between races at regattas. Make sure you bring
homework and study materials (during the school year).
